ESCOM has erected, commissioned in a very short time as 9 months, and operated Hadeetha Power Plant in Hadeetha city under difficult conditions., which is carried out without support of Pielstick and other OEMs, and being first in the World.

Operation

ESCOM operated the plant 7/24 at maximum contunious rating for 1 year after commissioning. 

  • Keeping all power plant systems and equipment in service 

  • Reporting of power production and consumption of fuel, lub-oil, water, chemicals and other consumables. 

  • Cost analysis reports

Maintenance

  • Grinding of an engine Crankshaft which has corrosion on surface due to waiting on site without preservation protection.

  • Engines all planned maintenance.(1500,3000,6000 rh) 

  • Unplanned maintenances in a professional way, minimizing the costs of spare parts troubleshooting 

  • Performing the maintenance as quick as possible without causing any power loss 

  • Interfering the unexpected breakdowns by offering cost effective and rapid solutions

Equipment Supply

ESCOM supplied all spare parts to the plant, in fastest way. Spare part lists and consumables are prepared. All parts are delivered in time and ready to use.
